What the work involves
- Make markets and manage inventory across exchanges and OTC flow
- Monitor venue, settlement and counterparty exposure alongside price risk
- Research pricing and hedging across spot, perpetuals and options
- Work with engineering on connectivity to new venues
What firms look for
- Trading experience in crypto or in another fast electronic market
- Understanding of exchange mechanics, funding rates and settlement
- Python, and comfort reading on-chain data
- Discipline in a market that never closes
- A verifiable record of managed risk, not a single good year
